    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    *Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting any return or exchanges*

    We accept returns for an exchange or credit only. All returns must be made within 14 days from the date you received your orders.

    Apparel & Shoes Return Policy

    • Apparel orders are eligible for exchange or credit within 14 days from the date you received you package. All apparel returns must have original tags attached and must not be damaged, worn, or altered.

    • Please inspect your apparel order immediately and email us if you receive an item that is damaged. Please include an image of the damage, order number, and your name in the email regarding your damaged items. You must report the damaged item within 3 days of receiving your package. Please email all damages to [email protected].

    • Shoes orders are eligible for exchange or credit within 14 days from the date you received you package. All shoes returns must be in original packaging and must not be damaged, worn, or altered.
    • Please inspect your shoe order immediately and email us if you receive an item that is damaged. Please include an image of the damage, order number, and your name in the email regarding your damaged items. You must report the damaged item within 3 days of receiving your package. Please email all damages to [email protected].

    Jewelry Return Policy

    • Jewelry orders are eligible for exchange or credit within 14 days from the date you received you package. All jewelry returns must have original tags and must not be damaged, worn, or altered.

    • All EARRING purchases are FINAL sale.

    • Please inspect your jewelry order immediately and email us if you receive an item that is damaged. Please include an image of the damage, order number, and your name in the email regarding your damaged items. You must report the damaged within 3 days of receiving your package. Please email all damages to [email protected].

    All other returns

    • All sales final on all beauty and home items.

    • Bag orders are eligible for exchange or credit within 14 days from the date you received you package. All bags must have original tags and must not be damaged, used, or altered.

    • Please inspect your order immediately and email us if you receive an item that is damaged. Please include an image of the damage, order number, and your name in the email regarding your damaged items. You must report the damaged item within 3 days of receiving your package. Please email all damages to [email protected].

    • All sales FINAL on any sale items, items with a discount, and orders that redeemed a discount code.

    How to Return/Exchange items:

    • Please refer to our Return & Exchange policy above to make sure your items meet the criteria.
    • Fill out our return form located at the bottom of the page.
    • Box and repackage items securely to be returned to Uptown Exclusives.

    ** We reserve the right to refuse any items returned that do not meet the above guidelines. In this case we will mail you back the items and can charge for any additional shipping fees.

    Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your return. Once your return is processed, we send you a replacement or new items, or credit your account. *Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed by Uptown Exclusives.

     

    Order with missing items or incorrect items:

    We make sure all orders that we process and ship out are correct, but we may make a mistake. If we made a mistake on your order, please get in contact with us ASAP and we will make your order right! If you email us regarding an incorrect order, please include your name order number, and the incorrect items.
